Dxb Link Mobile App is a shop and business community application that helps authorized shop users view shop information, products, stock availability, offers, promotions, and enquiries.

1. Information We Collect

The current version uses an email address only for account access and authentication. There is no sign-up or public registration form.

We do not intentionally collect through the current mobile app:

• Name
• Mobile phone number
• Trade licence documents or numbers
• Contacts
• Photos or videos
• Precise location
• Payment or financial information

2. How Access Is Provided

Shop owners or authorized representatives provide their email address directly to our administration team. The administration team activates the email address in the backend. Authorized users can then access the App using that email address. Users cannot create their own account.

3. How We Use the Email Address

• Identify an authorized shop user
• Authenticate access
• Manage account access and security
• Associate the user with the authorized shop account
• Provide essential service-related communication where required

4. Shop and Business Information

The App may display business information, products, stock, offers, promotions, and other shop-related information maintained by the business or administration team. This is separate from personal information used for authentication.

5. Enquiries

The App may allow users to submit enquiries about products, stock, offers, or shop information. Information submitted through an enquiry is used to provide the requested service and communicate with the relevant shop or business.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may process or share the minimum information necessary with service providers supporting authentication, hosting, security, communications, or operation of the App. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Where information is transmitted between the App and our services, appropriate security measures such as HTTPS encryption are used where applicable.

8. Data Retention

We retain the authorized email address and related access information for as long as necessary to maintain authorized access, provide the service, maintain security, and meet applicable legal or business requirements.

9. Account and Data Deletion

Accounts are activated by our administration team and there is no self-service sign-up or account-management process. Authorized users may request removal of their email address or account access by contacting us below. Requests are subject to applicable legal, security, and business requirements.

10. Children's Privacy

Dxb Link Mobile is intended for shop owners, business users, and authorized representatives. It is not directed toward children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party technical services required for authentication, hosting, security, notifications, analytics, or other operations. If these services change the types of information collected or shared, we will update this Privacy Policy and applicable Google Play disclosures.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App's functionality, data practices, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
